Strange happenings force family to live in small hut

What would you do if your house tried to kill you? Mysterious fires and money gone missing is it the house or something else?

KULIM: A family in Kampung Charok Meranti, Bandar Baru here has been forced to live in a small hut for the past two years due to “strange happenings” in their home.

They claim certain parts of their house would suddenly be engulfed in flames.

Mohamad Sidek Hamid, 49; wife Fauziah Ishak, 48, and their six children are too traumatised to continue living in the house.

Mohamad Sidek said they were forced to vacate their brick house due to the mysterious fires which break out ever so often. A recent fire happened in the master bedroom.

“The fires normally happen when my family and I are out,” Mohamad Sidek said yesterday.

He added that a Fire and Rescue team from Serdang had gone to the house to investigate and a police report was lodged.

Mohamad Sidek said the fires started after the family moved into the house which he bought for RM40,000 in 2007.

He said his family was traumatised by the incidents because besides the fire, money had also gone missing.

“I have called more than 100 bomoh from Sabah, Sarawak, Thailand, Indonesia and Myanmar, and spent more than RM50,000, but the mysterious fires still happen,” he added. — Bernama

Nice Song but Dunno by Who?

Sorry for bothering you guys but I need help for a song. Please bear with me and read my blog post.

It is now more than a week since classes ended and I was trying to study for my A level exam which is creeping closer and closer everyday.

It was a typical day for me today.

With my routine of waking up and doing revisions on my study table.

My maths paper is coming up this week.Haiz.

After a while of dy/dx, complex numbers and other mathemathical equations, I got bored.

It seems that I can’t concentrate well in the morning.

So, I turned on my computer and used Drewbuzz Radio which is a freeware that I found.

After tinkering around, I found that Hitz.fm suited my taste.

You would think that it was weird for someone to listen to the radio through the computer but it was a bit cumbersome to go back and forth from the radio and computer.

After listening for a while, there seemed to be a new song that I have not heard before.

I was already used to most of the songs that are repeated but this one is different.

I have only heard it once but it immediately got me hooked.

I tried to do a Google search on the song which is Through My Window but I end up with a lot of links asking the same question.

There wasn’t any other detail regarding the song besides the title.

Could they have at least listed down the artist who performed?

I guess this was a fairly new song and it would take a while for Google to search up the latest details.

After a while, I had a thought and tried Tunatic but to no avail as there is no such song in their database. (Why me?!)

It’s either I have bad memory or my singing sucks.

The only part I remember is:

“……now’s there me and you….through my window…when we are not alone…”

But still, who is the singer?

Is there anyone out there who knows?

Haruhi movie coming soon

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya season 2 was one of the most anticipated series because most fans were expecting The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya to be shown as it has been three years since the original season one anime aired in 2006.

However, fans were disappointed when the series had instead shown 'Endless Eight' which is made into eight episodes with only few differences in each episode. This equals to two whole months of the same episode leaving no time for Disappearance.

Fans rejoice as the movie has been confirmed to air in spring 2010.

Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya Film Announced for 2010

The final episode of the "renewed" airing of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya anime series ended on Friday with a teaser of The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya (Suzumiya Haruhi no Shōshitsu) film. The film will open in Japanese theaters in the spring of 2010. More details will be provided on the anime franchise's official homepage at a later date.

The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya is the title of the fourth volume in Nagaru Tanigawa and Noizi Ito's original Haruhi Suzumiya light novel series about an eccentric, assertive girl who creates her own school club for her strange antics. The main story in this volume has yet to be animated. The first indications of animation plans for this light novel volume came in December 18, 2007, when the anime's official website "disappeared" with a cryptic announcement of a new Haruhi Suzumiya project; December 18 is a reference to the pivotal date in the fourth volume. That 2007 announcement was also the first public indication that Yutaka Yamamoto (director of first and 12th Haruhi Suzumiya episodes, Lucky Star, Kannagi) was not going to direct the production of new Haruhi Suzumiya animation.

Bandai Entertainment released the initial run of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya anime series in North America. Little, Brown Young Readers is publishing the second light novel volume this week, and Yen Press will ship the fourth volume in Gaku Tsugano's manga adaptation later this month.

Of Bio and Balls

Just a random post for today.

Today my class had biology in the physics lab.

You might be asking why physics lab?

Well, it was an extra class right after the last class of the day which is also Bio. LOL

Besides that another class is joining in as the had some tutorial classes disrupted due to school events at TARC.

As it was the last say before holiday (hurray) in which after the holidays we have our trials(sob), there was only enough people to be accounted as a full attending class.

Anyways, the class was a normal past year paper discussion which is a continuation of the class before (yes, it was 2 hours of exam question discussion).

While in the class, one of my classmates,A got bored and started to play with the apparatus that was set up there. It was a pendulum rig but I don't know how to describe the full configuration here.

Our Bio teacher noticed that she was playing with it and got annoyed.

"Aiyoh ,can you stop playing with the ball,ah"

Strangely enough, the class got livelier with the mention of balls.(humans have a strange affinity to the word balls or is it because it was the phrase "playing with the ball")

Then my bio teacher commented more on her action.

"What is with you all ah?
Get excited because I say the word ball.
You all almost 20 years old also like my son.
You know ah, when he see ball, he say bo bo,
when he see durian also he say bo bo.
What lah you all."

The class started to laugh at what our Bio teacher said.

Later on in class we stumbled upon this:

Well, it's not funny now but it was the moment that counts when a friend said "bo bo" in a childish manner that everyone could not stop laughing.

My class also did something that we had not done since primary school which is having the whole class to read aloud one Bio question passage.

It was not the first time my class did it and it was done also for Bio tutorial. I remember the first time we started reading coordinately, the Bio teacher opened all the doors and windows of the classroom we are it.

Here's the funny part, when we were reading, no one passed by to see but when we finished, there were many people walking around. At least we won't get weird stares.

Oh wait, I guess our class did get it when we went for Genting this year. For those who went to Genting on June 11 to play the outdoor theme park and heard a lot of noise was probably from my class.
